More than forty communities will have interruptions in power supply from today Monday, May 10, 2021.
This 12-hour power outage is a result of works to ensure improvement in the systems by the Electricity Company of Ghana Ltd (ECG).
According to ECG, the work will see a connection of the newly constructed Pokuase Bulk Supply Point (BSP) to Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo’s) transmission line.
The affected areas are grouped into two with Group A experiencing it from 6 AM – 6 PM and Group B, having the cut in the power supply in the night from 6 pm to the next morning at 6 AM.
