#FixTheCountry: Bawumia lists 70 “faults” fixed by gov’t

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has listed several problems that have been addressed by their administration since they assumed office.

Dr. Bawumia’s list follows the call by the youth on the government to fix the country with the “#FixTheCountry” all over social media

The vice president responded to the #FixTheCountry campaign in a post on his Facebook wall listing some problems that have been fixed since 2017.

However, he said “the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed down the global economy and caused increases in prices of commodities such as oil, cement and iron rods as well as overall cost of shipping. Nevertheless, it is very important to place the performance of our government over the last four years after inheriting an economy with ‘no meat on the bone’ on record.”

He urged all Ghanaians to trust president Nana Akufo-Addo because he is fixing the country.
